As someone who has long explored purchasing a Rolex, the task can be daunting. Simply put, some AD’s are better than others. Precision may very well prove the be the best of them. I stopped by between meetings to take a quick look and formally express my interest in becoming a customer. At all other AD’s, my experience has been mediocre at best. The experience was quite the opposite when I met Ernie and Mike at Precision. I felt welcomed and both were more than happy to show me options and walk me through the purchase process. I felt I was met with honesty for the first time. I did not walk away with my first Rolex, but I am hopeful that the stars align and the one I want makes its way to Precision as I look forward to becoming a customer for life!

We are taking Covid extremely seriously. All customers and staff are required to wear face masks at all times. The Store and all frequently touched areas are sanitized and cleaned daily. Our employees' temperatures are checked daily, sanitizer stations are located throughout the store as well as floor signs to ensure the 6 feet social distancing rules. If you are interested in selling your watch or watch repair, you are also welcome to ship your watch to us from the comfort of your home.
Hi Leanne, We do repair Burberry watches. However, it depends what the problem is with the strap. If over worn, then it would most likely need to be replaced. In this case, we have the ability to replace some straps, depending on the model. Please reach out to us at your convenience and we'll be glad to help!
