He went out of his way to make sure that the door was not only delivered ahead of originally anticipated, but also made sure it was in perfect perfect condition. First Impression Door leaves a BAD first impression. As other reviewers noted, the door company will not work with customers over the phone. They won't take your money over the phone. You are required to book an appointment in order to VIEW the doors in the showroom and I see an elaborate process on their time with your dime. I was told that I could not drive up to walk into the business and that I needed to book an appt. What is this, Graff Jewlery? Sheer nonsense is lazy business.
