On installation day they were 4 hrs late to install. When done with installation I had to write my credit card number on a work or in order to pay. When installers left I received no paper on my new ac. No warranty. I did not feel comfortable giving an installer my credit card information. Later that evening I noticed there was no ac filter. They did not install one. It felt warm in the evening. Later today we noticed that house was warm. Ac won’t shut off. My house is 80 degrees. I called emergency line at 4:19 and was told someone would call me back in 90 minutes. No phone call. I called three more times only to be told again 90 more minutes. It is now 8:39pm and no phone call. I spent $4900 and this is what kind of product and service I get? My daughter and I and 4 pets are sleeping in 80 degree heat. I want a resolution but I don’t know what to do

Recently had AC system replaced. I have been doing business with this company for 10+ years and have always been very pleased with their service. My Service Tech, Favio, was very courteous, professional and attentive in making sure the work was done fast and with minimal inconvenience. He not only was in constant communication during the whole process, he even followed up afterwards to make sure all was working well and that I was satisfied with everything. It's refreshing to know their are still good companies and employees out there. Thank you Aztil once again.

i purchase one of their new hvac/appliance 5 year maintenance/labor contracts. I mean, aztil ac, a big, old company, right? i was fooled by the supposed reputation. the phone salesman made a big deal over the fact the the back of the contract is blank, insinuating that there are no exclusions. what they didn't say was that, as i experienced, there was also no service, no professionalism, often no response. i insisted on a refund, but they want to charge me for a service call, even though their appliance repair person couldn't find ANY problem! MY OPINION: BUYER REALLY BEWARE! follow up: after a lot of back and forth, aztil finally agreed to do the right thing and issued a full refund.

Very friendly and efficient installers. I was impressed. They took the time to explain the system and how to maintain it. If you call the office Lisa and the other operators will make you feel like family. I purchased the service agreement for all my appliances along with the new a/c system. On a scale of 1-10 Aztil gets a 12 in my book.
