I am writing this review only because I believe Service Experts really delivered on their promise to deliver top level service for their customers. We are primarily seasonal residents of Lake Worth Beach having recently purchased a property. We have found that the Service Experts service plan offered us a worry-free plan to maintain our AC/Heating system year-round. Our experiences before we embarked on a service plan with them has demonstrated that their Company is customer-focused and very responsive to their customers’s needs. I highly recommend Service Experts, in particular, Claude Briscan and his service and administration team.

I have been a customer of Service Experts for over 25 years. I have purchased two Lennox air conditioners during this time also. I called them for service to evaluate my AC because it has stopped working for about 1 hour one day but since it had been working fine. The technician arrived along with a salesperson (red flag). The technician looked in the air handler and said everything was in bad condition. It is an older unit so yes resting corrosion does happen it was service 3 months prior. Then the technician went outside to check the pressures which took him about 5 minutes. I was informed that I had a severe Freon leak even though the AC was cooling fine at that time. Him and the sales person tried to sell me a new unit $9,300. They said somebody could install it the same afternoon. I told them I would think about it. I called another company for an estimate of a new unit. That technician did a thorough evaluation of my current AC. He said that it probably stopped running because of a clogged drain and that the drain was draining slowly, so he cleaned up the drain. He said all the pressures were good and the refrigerant level was good. I did ask him specifically if they was a leak and he said no. He said that they would send me an estimate but there was no reason to purchase a new AC at this time because everything was working satisfactually. I did receive the estimate for the exact same Lennox unit for $3,000 less. I still have the the same unit which has been running good. I was extremely disappointed with Service Experts for lying to me and deceiving me. It felt like I was being treated like I was stupid/gullable simply because I am a senior citizen. I would recommend anyone receiving a high-pressured sales pitch to get a second opinion from another company. Obviously 25+ years of loyal service to Service Experts gets me nothing but a Snow Job and exaggerated pricing. So sad, they can no longer be trusted.

Ticket #411093 As always, James O'Brien did an outstanding job. Not only is he a tremendously skilled technician, he is an excellent human being. He cares for his clients and goes out of his way to serve them. His performance reflects very well on Service Experts.
