Lots of restaurants to enjoy good food, fabulous water front to chill out and lots of boats for sailing across - one of the best marinas in this area. Pier 39 is a lively place and offers variety of entertainment to everyone.

Love taking my wife and kids here. Lots to see and very entertaining. Disney came one time and it was like a dream come true for all of us.

Sheila and Patty are horrible and seem more interested in hurting the owners by not properly showing slips. Its a really dirty and sad place that they are running into the ground. Not the spirited fun place I knew as a child. Once foreign people start running SF its never the same.

We do have very small number of liveaboard permits; all liveaboard permits are issued by the Harbormaster's office. Permits are non-transferrable. However- our liveaboard waitlist has been closed since 2015- we have so many people waiting now that it doesn't make sense to keep adding names. Current waitlist time is estimated to be 5+ years, minimum.
