Never have I experienced such a nasty saleswoman. Christine knew I was on the fence about purchasing a bracelet and was deceiving when failing to describe the refund/store credit policy. After encouraging me to wear it out of the store, i took it off 2 hours and put it back in the box to return as I had changed my mind. The same woman took one quick glance at the bracelet claiming there was a scratch and there was no way it could be taken back for any reason. She was cold and dismissive and just as unhelpful as the first time I entered the store. I will never purchase from Hermes again as the Short Hills mall experience ruined any and all positive opinions I previously had about Hermes. I will be sure to spread the word. Ps. the manager was just as nasty.

Very cold and friendly atmosphere and environment. When walking and no one cared or offered any assistance. Very arrogant attitude exhibited as well. What a shame as reputation is very hard to build back.

This store is terrible. They’re either severely understaffed or have poor management. Went on a Saturday and the inside was a disaster. 8 people waiting in the shoe area for a sales associate to come and get their size. Went back again during the week and I stood in the shoe area for over 15 minutes with no sales associate in site. Myself and another woman asked the security guard for a sales associate but one never appeared. Definitely not the quality of service I expect from a store like Hermes.

Very surprised at all the negativity in the reviews I personally had a very good experience there and hopefully that will continue with the staff.
