Awful service ever. Got watches @ 5 Ave and came here to shorten the strip. Was waiting outside the store for 40 min even many of associates was with no customers at all. Just passing by, seeing you standing outside the store (no seats) and still nobody could help… Just after I was out of my patience and ask how long more they want to marinate me before letting me to get in, they decided to get me in 🤦♂️ It supposed to be pleasure to coming such high end stores but instead they’ve turned it to awful experience

Dear Cartier, clearly you are a strong brand and a lot of us like your products…. But this one is for your customer service! For a luxury brand your customer service is way below average!! Here are my comments and you may want to rethink your policies: Please do not ask your loyal customers to wait OUTSIDE of the boutique while you are checking the status of their order!! That is not polite. I waited 10 minutes OUTSIDE of the boutique, in the mall, so you can get back to me!! It was 11:15 am on a Thursday and you were not even busy! Also, I had a repair that took over 10 weeks to get done. When I called to get a status update, you said Europeans take long vacations in summer and the repair tools must come from Europe. Seriously, this is so irrelevant to a US customer. Please rethink your policies.

We worked with Dan who is an absolute delight. He is not just customer focused. He makes special gifts (and the special moments) more meaningful for his customers. He is a consummate representative of what the Cartier brand stands for.

Waited somewhere between 90-120 minutes in the mall to get into the Cartier. The "lady" standing outside allowing entry was more interested in being on a power trip rather than being the slightest bit friendly or helpful. We finally left and thankfully we did because we never got a phone call to get into the store for a supposed waiting list. Please step up your customer game Cartier for being a supposed "luxury" brand. It is not ok to leave customers waiting around without even the courtesy of any updates or reply. No brand is ever worth such disrespect. This experience leaves such a bad taste in my mouth I don't want to shop at this or even at another Cartier ever again.

You need reservations. If you try to just walk in, they will ask you to wait and will call you when they have an availability. You cannot walk around the boutique freely. There are hand sanitizers and the staff are fully masked and gloved.
