I'm writing about London Terrace In Old Bridge. Horrible place to live, with low rents you are bringing in the type of People that don't care about where they live. There dirty, leave trash everywhere, they walk from Kohls and Wal Mart leaving the carts all around the development. They dumpster dive in the Amvets bins and leave clothes everywhere. The complex now has more bed bugs more than ever and the smell is horrible. Tried speaking to the property manager and they were very rude. It would be nice if someone cared about what was going on with the residents at this property and maybe tried to clean it up. It could be a nice complex has allot to offer, but it's to scary to live there they way it is. Management should care about what 's going on at this property. They do not maintain any of there properties, slum lords!!!! They could care less, stay away!!! Everything looks like a dump that they own!!!Reached out many times and was treated with no respect and nothing has changed!!!

This company is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them. If you have any issues they will hide, not address it and not respond to your emails. We were told to contact the building with any issues with noise above us and doing so landed us a legal letter because they had to reach out to the tenants and that was considered harassment of the other tenant? No really, telling the building management that the people upstairs are constantly running around their apartment and stomping on your ceiling is somehow considered harassing those people. Worst building I ever lived in. Avoid at all costs.

Visited my aunt at Woodcrest Fairfield. The place is nice, but the trash enclosures are overflowing with old appliances and critters, it looks horrible. The lower parking has storage of gas cans, old appliances and fixtures and miscellaneous debris. Not safe storage. Clean is up.
