Was in my room for less than 2 hours and saw many cockroaches. Dirty curtains, dirty walls, broken air conditioner. The ceiling fans have noticeably never been cleaned. Very disappointed in this stay, will not be back.

This was posted 2 months before the date down below. Did not stay !!! I canceled . I booked through bookonline Not booking . That was my husbands idea lol. Anyways It’s been 4 weeks still haven’t heard anything about my refund. I called the number on the reservation and a man answers I explain He directs me to OYO and it does not give you an option to speak to a person. It ask for your reservation number . Oh put it in It does not except it cause I. Canceled it. So I call the man back I tell him. I give him my info he says nothing is in computer with my info . I give him my phone number. He says NO nothing !!! So I’m thinking I have been Scammed !!! I would appreciate it if I could talk to a employee.... (Adding to my review 06/28/2022. Never received refund. It was a SCAM !!!!! )

its a room, its clean. thats what you would expect. the bed is hard, the pillows old, and the curtains are shredded albeit they did the job. service is the bare minimum, and the front office? the owner is a despot. on my last day (Saturday), i called the front office to see if they can hold some packages for UPS to pick-up (fyi, hlton mariott ihg does this) and the front desk agreed. upon trying to drop off the packages later in the evening, the older parent/front desk manager starts insisting that they cant do such a thing because it will be their liability. i offered to open the boxes, he was apalled at some adult toys, didnt bother opening the roller bags also inside the box and continues to renege on holding the packages. I explained that it was saturday at 10 pm when he's reneging leaving me with little other option as the next day is sunday, rental storage spaces closed and i have to catch a plane home, he then answers "That's not my problem". I then offered to pay for the room's daily rate until UPS comes to pick the packages up during the work week, he goes on a diatribe about how I would have to stay in the room with the packages as the police would check etc... completely untrue: you can leave you8r room so long as its paid. I reiterated that had they had refused to hold the packages earlier, i couldve made other artrangements, not at 10pm on saturday. I had also found somem paid help to move these boxes who now returnercd it back to thev room. tsk tsk so overall, the bare minimum. I refuse to hate as that returns as karma, but people ought to be aware of what they may encounter. I would not recommend unless you're desperate, beware of Putin: it's his proprty and he will do as he pleases And to the Oyo brand folks, I did not cancel the booking: it was cancelled and was made a new reservation at the desk. Just in case you were hoping to take a cut from the reoom charge.

We were very pleased with our room. I've read the reviews of others and just wanted to say the hotel has done some remodeling and our room was very comfortable. It was clean and very well taken care of. I was impressed with the bathroom in our room. Water temperature and water pressure was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I ever need a hotel in the area again.
