The hotel had a nice rustic feel to it. The rooms were spacious enough, they needed more lighting, but that's a personal preference. The bathrooms were all updated, most rooms had a small common balcony attached. Restaurant service was great. The food was really good.

Local legend. Awesome golf course and dinning room experience. Great to enjoy Greer's Ferry lake during the summer. Boutique hotel rooms with fire places are super cool in the winter for a romantic getaway

Lovely atmosphere, caring service & well prepared entries. The crab cakes appetizer were not actually cakes but ball shaped & tasted like they were deep fried not lightly pan fried, my only disappointment.

I'm a little biased about the red apple and because I used to work there. The rooms are cozy and inviting and every one of them has a beautiful view. The bar and dining area is always neat and clean and, there is always an air of welcome and calmness about the place. It's a lovely little getaway for a night or two if you're close by. It's a great place to stay if you're coming from afar.
