It is the worst experience I have had in a bank. The first and last time I enter here. A very long line to change a check ... just a cashier. I asked the supervisor if she could authorize another cashier and she replied that they were having lunch !! We all have the right to our rest ... but the schedules are coordinated so that the employees are in the most public hours. Very unfortunate. Never more!
