The entire staff was wonderful and made our stay excellent! ❤️ clean rooms, good breakfast, a snack bar and a bar. I even had great conversation with different staff members. There was a chic fil a convention so a lot of their workers were there and they were nice as well so shout out to them too!

Facility nice. Staff very rude. Manager doesn't seem to care. I stayed here a few times in the past few months and noted poor staff's attitudes, but the last stay says "never stay here again"! Several better opions around LR airport who would appreciate your business.

It's a good place to stay the night of your just flying through. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Just a few little things that stood out were that the shower curtain was ripped, and not nearly long enough to cross wall to wall so there was several inches gap at both ends. The curtain is also very very short and barely covers the opening of the tub, which completely defeats the purpose so the floor got very wet at one point. It was also very strange that you have to select between using the wardrobe or the fridge - they plugged in the mini-fridge in a way that the plug cord locks in the wardrobe entirely. You can't open it more than a half inch without having to unplug the fridge.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs, willing to help as they can. It's a fairly new hotel, with features and room sizes that made my stay a comfortable one. Restaurant choices weren't many in the evening hours that were close, but a short 10 to 15 minute drive greatly increased the choices. I'll very likely be staying here during my future tech support trips to the area.
