Went to location for lunch. All the servers were standing around behind the counter and wasn’t serving. I had to go and place a to go order. Once I received my food it was burnt. The service was not good at all.

Whoever the manager GENERAL manager is needs to be terminated. Employees have a 24 hr facility locked and are laughing and playing behind the store and will not open the door or answer the phone.

I have been to supposedly "highest level" chic NY restaurants in NY City...but guess which is my favorite place to go? Waffle House ANY day. The workers are so sincere; they are regular folk, real people trying their best, and they always make you feel as if your particular visit matters!. If there was such a designation as an "America's Restaurant", it's Waffle House. If I wanted to show foreign visitors the essence of "real America", I would bring them to a Waffle House restaurant. No kidding.

People making prank phone calls very rude I like Waffle House
Maybe stop in and speak to the manager. I left a watch and a ring on the table recently; they answered with no problem. Best of luck.
