Always love Chick-fil-A...so ordered 2 sandwiches in Denver Airport waiting for our flight. However this one was a huge disappointment!! I was the only one waiting for over 20 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches in one of the busiest airports in the country. Said they had to "drop new orders"! No apology for having to wait so long, Mngr. looked at me numerous times wondering why I was STILL standing there. Good food, nice gal behind counter but I have no clue what was going on in the kitchen!! Terrible Customer Service from that perspective.

Incorrect order received, all food cold, biscuits like recycled paper. Terrible. Worst CFA experience ever.

Not the service or attitude or speed you would ever expect from Chic-Fil-a. Very slow. This broken. That is broken. Employees not engaged as usual at a standard store. Loong wait.
