Omg, where to start. This post office is worse than a root canal without novocaine. I’ve been trying to find “delivered” packages for almost a week. Been here 5 times in 3 days & their excuse is that “it’s already in the truck for today” even though it’s shows it’s already delivered. So I stool there today for 2 hours waiting and guess what? It’s still missing while smarmy manager Wade who stands there and yells “debut or credit” (and BLEW UP on a lady in line last week in front of 30 people) just says “it shows that was delivered on day X” even though an employee told me the following morning it had come back & was yet again “on the truck for delivery today”. I’ll NEVER EVER use them if I can avoid it and recommend others do the same, pay the extra cash & use HOS or FedEx, your mental health is worth it to avoid the repeated multiple trips it takes to find anything in their hands.

Worst run Post Office in Country, last week waited 65 minutes to pick up package, now telling suppliers I will not buy from them if they require signature to deliver package.

Three notices regarding the postal worker is unable to reach the mailbox, but does not state what is causing the issue…..Called my local postal office and got the government website. Guess I’ll have to go to the facility for my answers.

I believe we lost drop boxes as a security measure resulting form security measures taken as a result of 911 (from Zip code 33410). Years ago we lost the sidewalk boxes in many cities.
