What in the world? My husband called today asking for a patio recliners. The woman on the phone said she only had one type of recliner but had made previous reference to special orders. When the woman on the phone was asked if the chair could be ordered in a specific color her response; "I gotta go now" and she hung up. What kind of sales person is that? What a turn off to even browse or recommend that store.
