Been here several times for knee and shoulder problems …. Never got better and didn’t feel heard. Incredible that they make it so hard to obtain medical records plus charge you for your own X-rays that have ALREADY paid for. This is part of the reason I don’t go here anymore !!!

It depends on your plan and if you need a referral or not. They do accept Florida blue though
Dr Hinson is wonderful. He takes time with you, answers all your questions and most of all a great surgeon. Very happy with my rotator cuff surgery.
D1 sports training is no longer operating at this facility, but the name of physical therapy was changed from D1 to EXOS. I hope that helps! And yes, the building photo isn't correct but the Google photo of the exteriors is! :)
