I have never been to a restaurant where I wasn't rushed out for closing until today. My bf and I were having dinner when my boys decided to join us and it was close to closing. When we advised our waiter (Sam), he said not to worry, they'd still keep the kitchen open. The owner/chef came to our table to personally thank us for coming. My bf and I do not eat beef and pork and almost all the Pho dishes were made with beef and pork broth. They made ours with veggie broth as suggested by our waiter... We didn't know it was possible. We also tried their saltfish fried rice! Also tried the JB sushi roll, Bobba tea and smoothies and regular tea (so good!!). We were happy with our meal choices. Most importantly we were really happy about the exceptional care and service we received. Thank you to ALL the staff at Pho Saigon!

Came to see if any reviews have seem optimistic about their change of ownership. And I’m surprised to see that my previous review was deleted? Why was my review deleted? I talked about how I was a LONG and LOYAL customer for 6 years. This was legitimately the best pho, my family and friends tasted. (We’ve tried pho all around the state) but because of the change of ownership. Their pho completely changed. Why change something that was already good? I would like to try this place again but their prices have jumped. They keep saying it’s because everything else is expensive. Other pho places raise their price too but y’all raise your prices almost 4-5 dollars more. You’ve been doing renovation and expanding your menu. It has to do a lot more than just inflation. Seems to me that owners aren’t taking good financial business decisions. Oh well. I’ll screenshot this review to make sure it’s not deleted.
