Was forced to sign -in to drop of a specimen with. 73 minute wait. Absolutely pointless and ridiculous!

Came in to pick up empty containers at 340p only to be told that they're not seeing anyone. They close at 4pm! And their door was unlocked so how are they closed? They must've had a rough day but their customer service was greatly lacking.

Shernett is an excellent phlebotomist. I have very small veins and it took her less than a minute to find and without bruise. Overall she was very pleasant and helpful. Had a bad day and she made it superb 👍
