Dues are around 2100 per year, that includes water and electric. Private campground, you can purchase existing trailer or bring your own, if they have an empty sight. Usually a wait list for that.

I know of one that is but it has issues. I'm sure there are a few for sale scattered around. I'd say call the office I'm sure they have a list of people looking to sell.

Anytime during the summer. Weekends are best. Show up, there is a visitors center. They will give you a pass to enter the campground.
