A beautiful park! The streams and canals running through it make for a nice atmosphere, and the camping area was very well kept and freshly mown. The bathrooms had toilet paper, and are nearby for both the camping site and the main parking lot. There are also a few picnic tables and plenty of grills, as well as a few shelters.

Nice park. Too bad the 3 pounds are dry, as well as the canal. They have been dry since 2013 when the aqueduct failed

Nice little state park in Morris, IL. Good for walking around with or without a dog, camping, picnicking. All the fishin' holes are dried up unfortunately. Hopefully they'll be filled again in a few years when/if water flows through the I&M canal again.

Great place to go for a walk bring bug spray the ponds used to be filled with water and fish but we're drained when the canal collapsed few years back still a great place to hang out outside not very busy ever sometimes muddy but usually pretty solid ground
