It’s nice to have a pet wash that is clean. The only issue we had was the hose didn’t rinse very well but we managed. Also for any truckers if your bobtail there is room to park on the street. Trucker dogs need baths too!

Wash prices went up and they took away the return wash within 5 days. Car wash was noticeably faster too. Two thumbs down.Sorry you feel that way Tim! The buy a wash get a wash free was a temporary special not a permanent policy. We sincerely hope you enjoyed all the free washes you received. As for the price. We strive to bring our customers the fairest price possible without sacrificing quality. We hope you give us another chance. We have monthly memberships that will save you a lot. Went to use the Pet wash at 6 pm on 11-8-21, business says its open until 9 pm. Door was locked and when I walked around to the attendant to ask why it was closed the answerer given was unbelievable. Attendant said he was the only person …This is the manager at Express Wash Morris. I sincerely apologize for the conduct of our employee. We have taken disciplinary actions regarding this issue and I personally will re-train him on customer service and our closing procedures. I would like to make this right for you. Please allow me to offer you and your dog a free pet wash. I am here M-F til 6am-1pm and Sundays 8am-1pm. Just come to the office and I would love to help you. Again, I am so sorry you had a bad experience with us.

The credit/debit card must be present so we can process the transaction. The vehicle the RFID tag is to be installed in must also be present.
