If you are looking for friendly, excellent, old fashioned customer service from owners that have been in business for over 45 years in Morris, IL, Roy and his wife are ready to assist you with whatever needs that you may have! Repairs are done onsite, promptly and for a fair price. They also won't try to sell you service and/or parts that you don't need. They are honest, helpful and not pushy. In fact, I think that Roy must be a mind reader, because out of all the bikes on the floor, he chose to show me one in my favorite color, purple! After an exhilarating "test drive" around the shop, I treated myself to a brand new beautiful Giant Liv bicycle. It is the first new ride that I have purchased in almost 30 years and will no doubt the the last that I will ever need! It is the most comfortable, well designed, high quality and stylish bicycle that I have ever been on. It is a fabulous ride! A great selection of bikes. You are better off getting a bike here because the quality is so much better than the bike you would get at Walmart or Target. The owner Roy Granstrom is always there. He has a great sense of humor and always greets you with a smile.
