My experience was great! I went in about 3 weeks before I purchased the new truck and at the time was really just trying to see what they had on the lot for used vehicles. A friendly salesman came out (Nick L.) and we talked for a few minutes, I gave him my potential budget and what type of truck I was looking for. He asked for my name and number so that he could "keep an eye out for the right vehicle" and only 2 weeks later I got a call that he had "found the vehicle I was looking for and it was in mint condition". My wife and I had our doubts, given the year of the vehicle (2013) and the low miles, and thought that there could be something mechanically wrong with it. We were shown all the documentation about the extensive inspections that the truck passed as well as the vehicle history. We test drove the vehicle together and it was everything that the salesman said it was. The dealership also detailed the truck inside and out, including under the hood! We are very happy with this vehicle! I would have given a 5 star review, but I wanted to pay cash and the financing individual was pushing for financing a little too much.....just a little, but it was enough to lower my rating from a 5 to a 4. I will certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Great experience, comfortable environment, and plenty of space to move around without being interrupted and the staff was friendly! I was driving on 94 east and had my serpentine belt brake on my jeep and I was stranded. Even though I wasn't driving a ford I had my jeep towed to flagship ford and they were able to get me in right away and get it fixed. I was impressed with the customer service here and would recommend anyone to go here.

I went there on Monday to look at a couple trucks and found that I really loved the one, and I actually ended up buying it that day. Unfortunately I couldn’t bring it home that day due to me having to work and a part needed to be placed, so Thursday I came back and finalized everything. Scott and Bryce are the ABSOLUTE best, I had such a great experience! I will definitely be telling my friends where I got my new truck from and how great of an experience I had! Again, a thousand times thank you!! 😁

Great experience. If I could give it 6 stars I would have. We were not expecting to buy a new vehicle today, since we were just out looking at options. Scott, Andy and Bryce did a great job getting us into our new Explorer. They were very accommodating, professional and made us feel welcome. They were not pushy and gave us a good deal on our trade, as well as added features. The gentleman (Steve) they use for tinting did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. If they had a new f350 I would have probably came home with that as well. Highly recommend these guys here. Thank you guys. PS- the kids like the vehicle as well, which is a plus.
