Took me several hours to get a phone diagnostic and a written report of that diagnostic emailed to me. They're really busy on weekends. Adding a star for the kind person at the front desk who managed the chaos well. Over the course of those hours, I saw this person handle many issues and requests incredibly quickly. Unfortunately, there were just too many people coming in for them to handle. Please give that person a raise and hire them some help.

My wife's Pixel 5a had a broken screen. They said they'd have it done in 4 hours, but they texted me to say it was ready in just over 1 hour. The price was also excellent. I checked online to see what just a replacement screen would cost me, and it was more than uBreakiFix charged for the screen and the installation.

I went to this location to get a lightning port replacement for my iPhone x. Post diagnostic, they cleaned the port and made it work again and didn't even charge for it. They gave a reasonable quote for the replacement due to the current port being worn out. The representative at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, I am pleased with the repair for a cracked screen on a Google Pixel 5a. uBreakiFix is a repair partner with Google and the total price was half that quoted by another local repair show. However, the experience was degraded because of a mistaken service advisor who incorrectly assured me over the phone that the replacement part would be in stock by the time of my appointment. It turns out these parts are available to repair shops on allocation only and arrive sporadically (apparently Google's issue), so I made an unnecessary trip to discover they weren't ready to perform the repair. I wound up calling several days to check whether they had the part; when they did, they were happy to have me walk in ahead of my appointment time, and performed the repair quickly and cleanly.
