Kiel and the rest of the crew are great! Happened to be present when the owner walked in and he was just as helpful as the rest of the team. They know exactly what they are doing, very well trained and most importantly efficient! PS- if you go there as often as I do , good crowd to have a fun chat with. Highly recommend this as the only UPS store to use in the Bay Area !
