This UPS store (not sure about others) charges $2.25 for them to use your USB Drive to print a shipping label for them in black and white. Every time I go to FedEx, they are always happy to print any labels from a drive if they’re shipping for you, and if you do have to print something other than a shipping label, they only charge 15 cents per b/w page, quite a difference in price there. The location is on the same property as a hotel, and you have to go through a gate and take a ticket to enter - odd location. The store itself is small, always cluttered with random boxes, and as mentioned above, charges more than the competitors to use their in-store services including USB printing and emailed labels, they're really just nickel and diming you (figuratively and literally. As you can see from the response from the owner, they did explain the cost but it's worth alerting people who might not be expecting the extra charges.

The guy working here is very rude. I sent my package here to be picked up because it was a choice when making an online purchase. I received a notification stating that my package has been picked up but I never actually picked it up. I called this location and asked, the guy asked for my name and stated that if I don't pick it up today that it will be returned to the shipper within the same day they received it although it clearly states I have 7 days to pickup from delivery date online. Then the guy goes on to say "I could have rejected your package" as if it was a threat. When I went to pickup the package, the guy I spoke to on the phone said to no longer pick this location for pickup because they are no longer providing that service although there were 15 more packages ready for pickup on their counter. Then he goes to say again " I could have rejected your package." If that's the case he needs to call his higher up or UPS himself and take off the option for pickup at this location. Very rude, there is a way of handling things and talking to people and this was not it.

I had order to be fulfilled and I called to check in if it was ready. The man was so rude right away, and started complaining about some customer, questioned me if I was going to do the same, and then hanged up on me. I honestly had an okay service with them several times but this time was the worst. ( They won't say hi or hello when I come in, I have to greet them instead yet they won't even say hello or hi back) Please please please work on customer service. There is no shame when receiving criticism. This is clearly an issue with this store as the reviews show. Anyway, last time going here, there are plenty of other ups stores and similar to support.

This place will upcharge you!!! I spoke to the gentleman (which is the Asian guy) he will upcharge you and add another fee. I was told that it was only $2 charge and then when the woman gave me the total which was 4.75 the Asian guy told her he’ll fix it. Then he added the email. *edit: for the reply: they never informed you about the mistake or anything. I asked how much it would charge to print and I was given the answer $2. OBVIOUSLY I know you have to pay for a box?????? My concern is that they do not inform you that you have to pay $2 FOR just emailing and then additional for the printing. They just let you send it then they will charge you. If they made a mistake, they won’t inform you about the charges and why the price isn’t right. So my review is valid. Stop trying to blame your 1 star on your customer* *IN CONCLUSION, THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT WITH THE COSTS IN THE BEGINNING. They don’t even inform you how much they are charging when they ring you up! I suggest asking for a breakdown and/or printing your own labels* I didn’t bother to ask about it because I’m never going to come here again anyways 😂😂 I’m visiting from Texas and I just needed to ship out my books before they were due. it’s good to inform people what kind of shady place this is.

The UPS Store is located inside of the Marriott Hotel. Drive into the main entrance and then turn right on second gate (get the ticket then go thru) drive all the way in then you will see them on your left. PARKING IS FREE. They will validate after 15 minutes.
