I cannot recommend this company. I signed a contract with them in January 5th 2022. They started the permit application MAY 11th !! They didn't read the soil test report and missed that my pool needs piling. This company is far from professional and I regret signing for a USD100k pool with them. You will not be able to get a manager on the phone to discuss any of that. Update 08/17/22: Another 2+ months of unnecessary delays caused by Pool Builders Inc, as they have sent my pool plans to the wrong city for permitting. Nobody followed up or wondered why the city didn't reply. What is going on with this company?? Update 09/08/22: Another month passed without progress because Pool Builders AGAIN provided a wrong transmittal to the city, and AGAIN did not follow up with the city once. I just called the city to find out my plans weren't reviewed because of the wrong documents from Pool Builders Inc.

Would not recommend. Had pool installed in 2018 and nothing but issues since. Failing grout, unleveled tiles, leaking pool, etc. Contacted for latest issue and given runaround. Was informed leak was due to improper maintenance of pool. Pool has been maintained at optimal levels since day one. Run away or in this case swim! Only reason any stars is because the office workers are nice.

I went with Poolbuilders Inc, Their prices were similar to the other quotes I had, I liked that they have been in business for many years and their salesman John was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the design process kicking around ideas and finally taking some good advice from John, I love how the final result turned out. When a crew showed up they worked until their part was done. this was being built during lockdown/covid when there was supply issues which fortunately the company ordered all their customers tiles ect. I remember having to change the deck marble as the one i had originally picked was out of stock but lucky the other one i ordered was very similar so that was no issue. every crew that arrived was their employee except the crew that laid the deck. my pool took an extra 2 months to complete and it was nothing to do with Poolbuilders inc. the company who installs the pool barrier was behind they had so many jobs ahead of mine. but alas the pool is complete and I have been swimming since dec 2021. The company was easy to deal with and I waited to write my review to see how things went. I will say that even calling up to ask questions or needing help 7 months after install they responded quick. Manny their pool start up guy really explains how everything works. I take care of my own pool and glad to say its always looking good.

PBI is the most horrible company in South Florida save yourself runaway from them. It took them two years to build our pool and we’re still dealing with their fail service they set you up for failure, can’t even pass inspection because they setup in every way to fail. Believe me on god I wish I had done more research on them before I had hired them, to save us from nightmares they put us through. Luis is a bad salesman didn’t make any effort to help and lookout for us from start to finish of the project all he did is sold us a nightmare, now we failing inspections and can’t close permit.
