I ordered a Sichuan Rice Bowl, it had loads of veggies but it had no flavors of Asian ( garlic or ginger), generic stir fry that I could have made at home. No hot sauce and no Sichuan peppercorns or hot oil. Not sure why they call this Sichuan: bland and tasteless food! A few doors down try real authentic Asian food: GoPho

Food was good but man there was no meat in my bowl and tons of rice. I ordered a $15, 2 protein bowl and after eating the protein there was so much rice left and I still wasn’t full :( portion ratio is not great here. Would love to come back but not worth the $15 when chipotle is next door and I can get full off of $8 there

I went out with 4 people. Two of them were forced to tip on their order at the counter because the terminal glitched and picked a random amount to tip. After that, they didn’t have ice in the fountain machine or bobba tea. A bottled soft drink was also $4.50. Only positive thing I can say is that the food was good.

Just updated my reviews from a 5 star to a 1 sadly. I placed an online order and was told it be ready by 8:50pm, I arrive and it’s not done- all good i understand that happens & I try to be sympathetic when workers get slammed, what bothers me is after waiting for 40 mins i finally stand in line to get a refund, the cashier asks me for my name and goes to talk to the to go people we watch her walk over and the order was one of the bags on a shelf that I had noticed was there for awhile & had asked 10 mins prior about the status of my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet when it was sitting right there, yet they kept calling the same 3 names of people who weren’t there/ responding. i couldn’t read the name on it cuz it was behind the counter & the text was small. i felt really bad cuz they were swamped but there was no team work happening here. I had told 3 different people my name at this point so I’m not sure why my bag sat for so long unnoticed. Literally watched a guy walk over and stare at the very bag i learned was actually mine later. The manager at least came out and acknowledged that they were behind, apologies and said she’d help with refunds but seemed so in the weeds that she disappeared into the back. The cashier told me the manager would process my refund when they closed & I’m really hoping they make good on that promise. The food had been sitting for awhile and i was starving… i got home and the sushi roll was missing avocado & my lava bowl had maybe half of the amount of fish it usually does. What a let down from a place that I spoke so highly of. I waited a super long time and ended up with small sad room temperature sushi and a cold dynamite bowl.

Tea and coffee are standard nutritional information and can be found with a web search. All other drinks must be searched separately or by calling the suppliers (Coke or Pepsi) customer support number. Which can be found through a simple web search. I feel like I have lost I.Q. points for having answered this question.
