Provided nothing couldn't answer any questions and referred me to the 800 number which is nearly impossible to get to a person but after a week of trying being on hold of over an hour and 30 minutes I did get to a person who couldnt answer my question and when she said she was putting me on hold she hung up on me.

It is possible for you to walk into the career source center, and ask someone that is there as long as you're wearing a mask for help with your unemployment payments. I recently got help with the new system that they have for online applications as far as unemployment, and a lady sat me down help me with my pin, and help me with the number of other things in order for me to complete my unemployment claim.so if you have the time one day, just go in and speak to a representative about your unemployment they will be more than happy to help you.
Not at this time but since everything is done online you are able to come into the Center for assistance in completing an unemployment application.

Dress like your getting interviewed because there are random employers there. Go to resume workshop unless your already an expert.
