I had an 11:15 appointment. Got there at 11. 20 people waiting in lobby. Large sign on front door says Masks Required. There were 3 of 21 wearing masks including myself. AC inlets in lobby ceiling filthy. Several stained ceiling tiles from roof leaks. Not standing around this nasty place.

This place is horrible. I left 5 messages over 3 days. No call back. I tried Making an appointment for a employment drug screening, no appointments available. Nowhere on the website nor on the automated message does it tell you that they only do drug screenings from 9 AM to 3 PM. The woman up front was not very helpful and very rude.

Awful place. They do not care about their patients. They will ignore you, then get upset with you if you try to ask a question. Be prepared to wait for hours with no idea of when you'll be called.

They have an online service go to labcorp.com and schedule your appointment there.

Honestly, walk in is the best or make an appt online and then, check in once you get there on your phone or inside. Either works. All about preference.
I did a walk in for pre employment drug screen, but not sure if that is the case for all testing. I would suggest calling to make sure.
