Front desk girl was nice but the technician who performed the ultrasound provided the WORST bedside manner I've ever had. Honestly embarrassing for this place! She had the nerve to tell me after check in I was "late" even though I was on time (who says this to a patient though even so) and when I made her repeat it back "did you just say I was late?" she said "yeah you're late, I needed you on the bed at (appt time)" even though I was on time and ready at my appointment time. So clearly this facility doesn't schedule properly but the comments are inappropriate. After that, I was rushed onto a bed (mind you there was no one else there but 1 other patient waiting, but ok) and she was very short with her instructions overall (didn't tell me to hold breath but got mad if I didn't). Also, asked why I was coming in (she clearly didn't review my info) so I explained and she gave a preliminary uneducated reason for how I should treat my condition, which I corrected her was against what my GI said. Why are these technicians employed if they don't know what they're talking about? Crazy Overall extremely snarky and rude. For the amount of money I paid would have gladly went elsewhere. Patient care is not a consideration at this facility.

Tech (Wyn) was short and condescending. Not a good way to be with someone who is elderly and a bit uneasy. Mask policy was not enforced in the waiting room. Facility itself was clean and comfortable.

I cannot believe this clinic is still functioning with the sheer lack of organization, intelligence, and professionalism. Count your days, Boca Clinic Imaging, I will be doing everything in my power to put an end to this pathetic diagnostic center once and for all. For anyone reading, here is my experience: I was prescribed a diagnostic mammogram at the ripe age of 25 after discovering a firm mass in my left breast which appears to be growing. I was lucky if my call was answered because most of the time it was not. If it was, not one person I spoke to could pronounce my last name without assistance, which is not difficult considering it is only two syllables, and every person I spoke to spoke English. Nor could anyone open their eyes and read the schedule correctly to see that my appointment was for today, December 3rd 2021 at 2:30 p.m. EST, not Monday the 6th, and not January 27th. Maybe a job that requires reading isn't the career path that any of you should have chosen. I was made aware the same exact day of my appointment, just hours before I was supposed to arrive for my mammogram, after scheduling it 4 days prior, that my insurance was not accepted. I do not understand why they would not accept my insurance, which is frustrating but it was not my greatest concern, I am much more concerned with the growth in my breast that could potentially be life threatening. I was told it would be $229 for the diagnostic mammogram without insurance. I was fully willing to pay out of pocket for my diagnosis because I need to know if the lump is cancerous or not. A receptionist said "Hold on. Let me check something." *on hold for another 5 minutes* "Um actually, we can't offer you a flat rate and you can't pay out of pocket so we have to cancel your appointment." EXCUSE ME??? After 7 different phone calls, being put on hold for a combined time of 60+ minutes while the hamsters that power the brains within this clinic wake up and start running on their wheels, I think the receptionists were finally able to gather enough brain cells to pronounce my last name correctly. However, I was refused the diagnostic mammogram. Thanks to Boca Clinic Imaging, it will be much longer before I know if I have breast cancer, and therefore will prolong treatment if needed. You all better hope and wish the lump that you refuse to diagnose does not negatively affect me, because blood will be on your hands otherwise. Regardless of my prognosis, I hope each and every single person involved in this case, and your families, all burn in a fiery hell.

Had Ct scan there.Everything was good. The problem I had is the phone is always busy when I call. I've tried for over an hour. Maybe there is a phone problem as I saw someone else had same problem

We no longer have Lab services at Boca Clinic. However, we do have Lab services at our Oaks Lab location located at 670 Glades Rd, Suite 120, Boca Raton, FL 33486 (across the parking lot from CVS). Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, closed at 12:30pm-1:15pm for lunch.

It is 2 pm and your phone has been busy for more than 1 hour. Is someone leaving it off the hook on purpose?
