Hey, We don’t normally eat out, but when we do one location my wife and I pick to eat is the Zaxby’s on TownPark Ln. The other day our order was completely wrong. It was as if someone came and took our order and disappeared without checking if our food was correct or not. So I asked and waited but it was like we were ghosts to the employees near by ,But Erik came and acknowledged us ,Then he fixed the problem and finally it was what we actually paid for . We appreciate good business; And In all honesty that was good business because all it takes is for one employee to treat a job as if the care to the upmost. Furthermore your employer Erik showed that so me and my wife will forever be back Thank you.

Original chicken sandwich 🥪 😋 mushrooms 🍄 😋 👌 cheese balls - those are good too. Great staff, quick service, easy access on 75. Thick chicken with a pickle. We recommend the spicy chicken.
