Unnecessarily unpleasant staff when we tried to get my daughter tested for COVID-19. Ended up at CVS and they helped us and were super nice!!!

Poor customer service at pharmacy department, they called me & said my prescriptions were ready for pick up, they couldn't find my prescription the staff walked away from me at the counter not even noticing me, too long of a wait time just to pick up, very unorganized.
