This location has nothing specifically saying when they stop doing drive up. I got there before closing only to be insisted to that I can’t get my items because nobody was available to bring it and they stopped drive up at a certain time, which they hadn’t been doing before. While I understood that I COULDNT get my items and had wasted my time sitting in the lot for more than a few minutes, I pointed out they are doing customers a disservice by NOT posting that information on the app or anywhere in store or on their website so that we can be aware. Not to mention today I literally was notified 15 minutes or so before closing that my pick up order was ready!!! Seeing as they close in 15 mins, I have to drive from my home to target and THEN being that the employee I spoke to prior insisted that they stop drive up 5 mins before closing how on earth can I get my items?! Between that and my items either being wrong, expired or missing periodically I’m not sure I have many more chances to give target. I understand human error but target is beginning to get careless. Update: so they never added the time drive up ends to the app or website and a drive up employee told me they do drive up orders until closing. Ugh! Extremely bad service target

Claire one of the managers did everything to help and compensate for some issues at the cellphones department. She was really nice and professional which is something that tents to lack on this days. Usually people including me only write reviews when something bad happens but I wanted to make sure that her good job did not go unnoticed. Thank you Claire.

I get that the store is remodeling but honestly it’s doing a terrible job. Maybe a few signs up saying where you would find things that y’all moved.

Their scanner for the baby registries have been broken for months and months now. When we arrived to do a registry, nobody knew what we were suppose to do instead of using the scanner so we had to figure it out on our own. We never got a registry welcome kit either. It's the next day and I'm calling for more info on the Welcome Kit. I've called and called and nobody will answer the phone. This has been the worst experience. When you're expecting, you want the best experience. This has been terrible.
