The staff at this store are beyond rude, we went to switch over our policy & were met with a lady that immediately just started talking over us about how what we wanted to do was impossible. We’re thinking about switching to AT&T now :)

Either go ti a local branch near you or if calling you could try saying you would like to speak to a representativethen hopefully the automated system would then connect you to a live representative to speak to.
