You need to set it up with Spectrum or your bank. It can be set up for the bank to pay your bill or for the bank to set it up for auto payment
Normally a couple days or 3 at the most depending on if the wiring is already in the home or not
Just contact customer service.
Either go ti a local branch near you or if calling you could try saying you would like to speak to a representativethen hopefully the automated system would then connect you to a live representative to speak to.
I will try this if my husband has not, but we have carried this out when the computer freezes. Never has the home phone been dead at the same time.
