9/24/22. Update... Bait & Switch! Today I returned and ordered two biscuits double, got to the window paid for my order and waited for my order then it was told they didn't have any biscuits. Then they offered to make my breakfast on croissants, I said yes if you toast them they said okay. I get home and fine untasted Raw croissants, what an upset to my stomach and what a disappointment. Almost to the point of an illegal bait and switch but I'm not going to go back for my $5 or whatever the f I paid. This is why I have now downgraded to only three stars! In the last two weeks they have had biscuits available for breakfast one time I can't understand why, since the local stores have biscuits,,, and by the way Wendy's has a much better breakfast biscuit. I want to thank you for upsetting me and making me pursue another company for my breakfast. 4/5/22. Update. It seems like the last week and a half of been really good they have gotten their act together, and they do have a really nice staff on duty.

The staff at this location need to be costumer friendly. Not abit of friendliness shown to customers except amongst themselves. This place is beyond filthy. I am surprised it even passes inspection. If staff have time to stand around talking they can get out a broom and mop to include wipe down the tables and chairs. This is the only Burger King in Titusville that is opened in the evening the other location is opened in the morning so on this note more buisness gain for the owner. Keeping the place the way it is is going to lose customers. No one wants to eat their food in a filthy environment and god only knows what bacteria is growing on the tables and seats. Maybe your employees need some incentives and this may change their attitude around and take pride in what their job looks like. Id be embarrassed to work here.
