The woman that helped me was Knowledgeable about the products she was selling which is refreshing. The products were about the same price as they are at other Vape shops. Less inventory than most places though. But overall a good experience

`After searching for hours on the internet to find a replacement for my Kanger Protank 2 I still had no clearer idea of what vape would be good for me. I'd stopped by Smooth Vaporz once before and they'd been very helpful even though I was only there a few minutes. When I went in I noticed, again, how comfortable the store was. I needed to learn a lot more than I thought. When I got my Protank and Protank II there was a major difference in glass tanks and plastic when it came to taste and the Protank solved the problem. My Protank wasn't putting out enough vapor for me, basically it was kaput. The woman walked me through EVERYTHING. I learned that a lot had changed since I started vaping. So much to learn. She was amazingly patient with me. I think I asked about a thousand questions about E-liquids, NicSalts (I thought they were dry like salt, lol) what vape mod would be good for me now to replace my out of date one... She asked me what it was I wanted out of a mod. Vapor, taste, etc. In the end I ended up getting the Smok Mico. It came with an adjustable lanyard so I could wear it around my neck. So many times I want to vape and my mod isn't around because I don't have pockets to carry it. That was a big plus for me. I was also interested in the Suorin Air that the girl was using to vape. But in the end the lanyard won me over. I LOVE IT. I know this post is long but I just had to say all of this. I was THAT impressed with the store and the knowledge, the confidence in the products they stock and the reassurance of knowing she wasn't going to get tired of me asking questions. I ended up switching to nicsalts since they're more economical and I'm always trying to save money. And I bought the shop's own mix of the nicsalts, Mist Essentials. It's a Vanilla Creme Brulee that I was able to try as an E-liquid at the sample bar. (Did I not mention the sample bar? Worth the trip for that alone if you're looking for a new flavor) I stick to dessert flavors since I've got a sweet tooth and this didn't disappoint. I've had the mod for a few days now and it's great. The taste and the amount of vapor is perfect for me. The nicotine is just right thanks to her knowing what to recommend. And after 3 days of me going through 3 tanks of vapor the mod stopped working well. It took me a minute to realize that it needed charging. I used to have to switch out batteries on my 510 at least once a day. It took about an hour to charge fully after it was drained. Might take less on an adapter but I was using the USB port on my computer. In the end I got exactly what I needed and wanted, felt confident about what I bought and knew that I could go back if I had a problem and they'd help me work it out. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!! It can be so hard to find people who are so friendly, patient and informed on the stock they carry.
