Stayed here with my mother, place wasn't in great condition and it was a bit dusty and triggered my allergies; however they seem to be understaffed so that wasn't really an issue to me. Around 1 am as I was sitting on a bed studying I noticed a bed bug. Upon further inspection there was garbage between the mattress and wall/ headboard, which could easily been noticed when making the bed, causing me to believe they probably had not remade the bed with clean sheets before my stay. There was also dirt and hair along the edge of the bed at the very bottom, and a penny on the floor which is not an issue in itself, but speaks for the lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally I was not able to sleep in that room because of the bed bug, and had to wash and dry everything immediately upon returning to my dorm. I did have a bite on my arm, and the manager was informed of the situation. I did show pictures of the bug and the garbage to the man working at the front desk upon check out, he was very polite about the situation, so props to him. However the manager only gave us $25 off the room which I do not find to be sufficient compensation considering I was unable to sleep there and had to take preventative measures to ensure I did not bring bugs back with me, although I still might've. I never want to be rude or demand a full refund for small issues, however bedbugs are a major inconvenience and I could've easily brought them back with me and gotten an infestation had I not caught it.

Worst hotel ever. They were smoking pot in the halls. Breakfast amounted to yogurt and cereal. No coffee! The guy at the desk was super rude to us when we inquired about breakfast for our children. We were informed by the night clerk breakfast was till 10 am and arrived at 9am. On top of all that the children got locked in to pool area due to the disrepair of the building. Wires hanging all over the place. Door were broken. And again when the children needed out of the pool.area the guy at the desk was extremely rude to the point of putting a child.in tears

Stayed here overnight so the kids could play in the pool. Upon entering I realized it wasn't as nice as the pictures made it seem. There was something that had come off the wall and was just sitting there looking a mess. There were bare wires hanging where I'm assuming was suppose to be the key entry for the pool(later had to be let in every time we came and left the pool area). Floor tile was broken in our room, the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall and we only had steaming hot water in the sink so the kids couldn't wash their hands without getting burned. My boyfriend does plumbing work and said it looked like an issue that had not just suddenly popped up like they later made it seem. The next morning despite the pool supposedly being open at 8:30 it was closed for treatment which was one of the main reasons we were there. I paid for the king suite, the most expensive room they had. When we spoke to the manager about how dissatisfied we were with the accomodations he had an excuse for every issue instead of apologizing and asking how he could help us feel better about having such a disappointing experience. He ended up offering $25 off the room. It was prepaid so I'm waiting to see if I actually receive this supposed refund. I would never go here again.

Ok for a quick stay. Beds were comfortable, heart works good, shower heats up fast. Staff not very talkative, tv channels constantly in and out, ran hot water in sink for a long time, only got cold water.
