There was nothing wrong with the rest area itself. It was clean, well lit, fully functional and had vending machines. But my girlfriend and her daughter went in ahead of me while I lagged behind and this creepy guy followed them inside while blatantly staring at my girlfriends daughter. So he was in the restroom for under a minute before he left and got into his Aunt Millies bread truck. He then proceeded to circle the rest area twice while we were outside having a smoke. By the time we were ready to leave 20 minutes later we assumed he was gone but as we were leaving we drove by his truck which was posted up right by the rest area exit. This just struck us as an extremely strange experience. So if your in the area keep your eyes open and be aware of your surroundings. This guy practically had stranger danger written on his forehead.

Very clean, well kept premises and appeared to be safe as well. Nice area for dogs, too.

Not bad as far a rest areas go... bathroom hand dryers are neat... they use UV light to kill bacteria whilst dying your hands... I wish more rest areas offered that.

It was a rest area. Nothing special, but does the job. Nothing against the place, but my dog was super creeped out, there. She's not normally like that. Might want to use caution after dark. Maybe some coyotes in the area, or something.
