465 plus electric and a deposit of 75 i think. each site is metered individually for electricity. Give them a call for availability though thats getting into snow bird season and it may be fully booked

As far as I know or can tell. Sure. It's kinda like a trailer park. But with only campers. There are some nice people there. But a bunch of older people who are hard on new people.

Yes, spaces that can accommodate many sized campers. They do daily, weekly, monthly and long term rental. Recently upgraded to 50amp receptacle. City water and sewage. Bath houses and washer/dryer room

Yes they do. You can sell and purchase them here as well. The owner has several in the back that he restores and sells/rents. Note that they do not accept trailers made before 1996 or something, either as a tenant in the park or a potential sale
