Yes. There is a weight & size restriction, not sure what it is though. Everyone here has smaller dogs like designer breeds, Snoodle, Chihuahua, Jack Russell, Maltese, etc.

I think the rules r that they can stay 4 2-4 weeks. But if they use the facilities they must b accompanied by an adult.

Depends on the value of your home. I'd say average is $1,800 that is paid once a year. I belive that includes the taxes.

Yes the land is privately owned, there are no HOA fees, the taxes and assessments on this property are around $2500 annually
