I took my grandsons swimming at the indoor pool. They had a blast.I would have liked the water temperature a tad warmer. Even with a lot of exercise movement it was chilly.

It’s not that you are limited to having a guest 3 times, you can bring each guest you invite 3 times.
Not upstairs in the open gym. The punching bags they have is for group fitness classes only.
Free if you have a membership through the YMCA. If not a member I believe its 5.00 to use the indoor pool.

Hi Eric, the Fallbrook Y does not have a speed bag, however does have the standing bag.

During normal pool hours it is for members. However, a member can bring a guest to the pool for a $5.
They do have some yoga classes.
Yes, there are actually 3 indoor courts at this location.
The Fallbrook YMCA does not. The Downtown YMCA does.
