Just went into this location and almost broke my neck because the floor was mopped with no wet floor sign at the entrance of door not anywhere in store. Politely told multiple employees behind counter as well as the person mopping the store and they could have cared less. Rather be on the phones and joking around instead of taking board of health policies seriously. Last time I go in there rather not break my neck over careless workers who do not take safety of customers seriously.

7pm on March 4th, a Friday evening, and the only donut you have is an old fashioned donut? Went out to dinner with my pregnant wife and after dinner, all she was craving was a Boston cream donut! Went to 163 Danbury Rd! How are you OUT OF DONUTS on a Friday night?? Then drove to your other location at 370 Danbury road and that location was CLOSED! NOBODY THERE!! HOW ARE YOU CLOSED AT 7PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT???

I stop there often before work. All I have to say is check your order before you leave the window. Nothing like them forgetting half your order and not realizing till you get to where you are going. This happens WAY TOO OFTEN!!! Today I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t check… That wasn’t a good choice. They need to do better. This is absolutely ridiculous. The Staff has really gone down hill this past year (with an exception of a few wonderful people) Do better Dunkin. Give us what we pay for.
