I’ve been dealing with this location for the last six months with tire issues (not caused by them) Mike, Tom, and the rest of the team are always professional, courteous, and responsible employees. They represent the Mavis brand very well and have been able to assist me efficiently each and every time. I usually do not go to chain auto shops but the service I’ve received has definitely changed my thinking.

I went to Mavis in New Milford CT to get an oil change on a Saturday when they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment. The guy over the phone who told me about a coupon they were running, as well as the guy who checked me in and out, were very friendly and helpful. My car was kept clean and i was pleased with the amount of time the service took. This was my 2nd time going to this Mavis, the first time was 4 months ago I got new brakes & an oil Change, and they were great with fair pricing then too. I would definitely recommend this Mavis.

Mike and crew did an outstanding job helping me out yesterday after getting an unexpected flat tire. Treated me like family and got me in and out quickly with a great price. The extended warranty I had purchased before was totally worth it and saved me about half the cost on my visit. I have gotten tires from them for over 10 years now and will another 10- thanks guys!
