This is the 2nd time they mess up. I went through the drive through and once I got my order. I always check it out to make sure it's right. But I decided not to do it. They forgot my fries which I order as a side and the other day when I order bbq chkn salad they gave me a peach salad with bacon!! I didn't go back because I drove 15 minutes to get there. I'm not driving another 15 just for fries! They never forget anything bit lately it seems like they care more about talking to each other then paying attention to the food.

Usually the food is great. Today I ordered onion rings. They were in the fryer too long and overdone. I tried to eat a few. When leaving, I told the gentleman passing out food you should not serve anything like this, they are over cooked. He said what’s wrong with them, too crispy? They were way over cooked. As we were leaving and we weren’t even out the door he walked right behind us and was throwing them away. I would have gone to the person on the fryer and said take it upon yourself to redo these. Mistakes happen, but own it and make it right.There wasn’t as much as I’m sorry. Customer service wasn’t there today. It wasn’t his business, his money, he didn’t care.

Ordered the teriyaki char Burger,the pineapple was rotten and orange colored. It smelled like a hot moldy orange. Got a refund,ordered 2 days later and they are still serving rotten food. I’m done with this place. Literally puked it up
