Upon ordering the regular weekly Home Trash & Recycling Pickup service we paid three months in advance, as required. The trash bin was delivered almost a month later, as per their scheduled delivery date. One would think that a trash bin would be delivered within a reasonable time frame before the next scheduled pick up date. The name of this particular service is deceiving. We were informed they do not provide different bins for trash and recycling, despite the fact that this is clearly specified on their website. We were instructed that everything goes in the same bag. Also, if we wanted to recycle we would be responsible for transporting the recyclables to the disposal site ourselves. Ironically this is the same place the trash is taken to. The first week our trash was picked up half of the trash was left in the bin.Today is the second week and the trash was not picked up at all; despite receiving a notification from WM stating that Memorial Day holiday would not effect our pick up. If we are going to have to haul our trash to the disposal site ourselves we will be canceling our service and asking for a refund. At the price of $49.00 a month, billed quarterly, this service should be much better. *A cart removal fee of $75 per cart plus applicable taxes and charges including Fuel and Environmental and Regulatory Cost Recovery charge will be assessed upon termination of services.

I have been using this service for a year and they have raised the rates three times significantly. I called 3 weeks ago, waited 32 minutes on hold, and finally cancelled my service with a live person. I also turned off the auto pay which is required for their service, and deleted my credit card from my account. This morning I woke up to find $152 charge on my card for the next quarterly service. I called them, waited 20 minutes on hold and finally got a very nice lady who assured me she would take care of the problem. I am not happy with the fact that after I deleted my credit card, 3 weeks later they were able to charge to it. Obviously their website is not really deleting the card data as it tells you it is. It also didn't cancel the auto pay as I instructed. I would not recommend this company based on the difficulty to reach a live human being for help, and their shady billing and credit card processes which you can't avoid since they require auto pay to be a customer. Hopefully I won't have further difficulty getting the $152 charge removed
