I was at my rock bottom, and I called shoreline after detox. They got me from detox to them and it was very easy, all of the people who work there really care. I have been clean for over 7 years now, and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place for me than this. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

I've had a phenomenal experience And I'm not ashamed to say it. The customer service is pass reasonable. I feel like they do all they can especially if and when they could even with others that I've communicated with. Especially as long as you get their on time as they say.Do what you're supposed to and get the h*** out of there. Mrs. Kirsten & Mrs KELSEY are the best !!! . I've got the opportunity to meet and deal with pretty much most of the staff on a 1 on 1 basis . Not ashamed too say it. 😉 I'm looking forward too some phenomenal news tomorrow as far as me not supposed to have to complete the course from Mr. Lee...the gentleman that's over the program as a whole. Now tomm. I'm posting pictures etc. I would love ❤️ everyone's opinion?, seriously maybe tonight.....I swear my DUI & MY IMPLIED CONSENT IS ESPUNGED....BUT LIKE I SAID BY GODS GRACE I PRAY ALL THIS GOES AWAY TOMM. 🙏...

Called to cancel an apt for a mandatory 28 day shot the day before. No one had any remorse for this even when the patient mentioned how bad off they felt. Kept the apt but 100% declined to offer the shot on the mandatory 28 day mark. Asked to reschedule over a week out! Day of, within minutes before apt called to cancel it. This place is absolutely unprofessional, unorganized and zero patient care empathy. This place is a joke. Please do not waste your time looking for help at this business. Go somewhere else!!!

Assessment hours are 10-2 monday through wednesday and on friday from 9-12. They do not schedule appointments for assessments. I suggest going early so you can get signed up with the front office staff first. After the assessment the counselor can go over your options and recommendations.

We are able to offer many programs and grants to qualified clients to help defray the costs. If a person does not qualify for grant assistance, we can setup a payment plan based on their budget. Unfortunately no it wont work like that. You can take two different classes in a day. But yiu cannot do just two classes a week and finish faster. They recommend that you do 3-4 classes a week. Up to 12 weeks. Meaning the same class everyday for 3 to 4 days a week. You may either take the morning class or the night class but you will not be able to switch from morning one day and night the next. The counselors cannot help if you are not constant. yes they do. just ask them for whatever problem you have and they will help. they have a doctor who will help as well as counselors and a full staff of ppl that can and will help you
