NEGATIVE 5 !This company is the worst! Your property will end up looking like trash, they ruin everything, they do NOTHING , They are the most unprofessional people and RUDE!! Do not hire this company or your once nice property will turn to trash! In response to Waccamaws response, they say they take pride in the care of pool,ponds, common area's, etc,that's the biggest joke and lie! The grounds common areas etc are not taken care of, any place Waccamaw is property management company of, they end up looking run down,and as always their response is always sarcastic! Do not rent or buy a property that Waccamaw handles, you will regret it!!

They are NOT property managers, they ARE HOA fees managers. They put all the responsibility on the homeowners and answer all complaints with an opportunity to be a free laborer..I bought a house, I didn't apply for a maintenance job !... Thank you for contacting me. Each HOA has its' own Governing Documents. Some have breed restrictions, some have weight restrictions, and some have number of pets that may be owned. You can always contact our office during business hours and I will be happy to look at the specific associations governing document if we manage to that association.

Just wanted to know if the Management Company makes up their own rules or has to follow the instructions given to them by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors? Does Waccamaw Management get to keep the money collected in fines?

Thank you for asking. The documents of your association specifically dictate the process for establishing rules for the association. These rules are laid out by your elected Board of Directors and the fine policy is then handed to Waccamaw Management. Any variation of that policy is then taken before the Board and they decide if a one time allowance is granted. Waccamaw Management has no authority to change or alter these rules of the community. Fines collected go directly to the association!
