I shop there frequently for pet supplies. I have never seen a cooling vest in stock. They are great with special orders though. Until you get a cooling vest you can use reusable ice packs and hold them in place around your dog's neck for a quick cool.

I've bought a lot of fish from here without issues. I still quarantine them just in case. It can be something simple like a 10 gallon tank and a sponge filter. Some People medicate even if they aren't showing any signs. Lots of YouTube vids on this.
